Please choose carefully. Diabetes WA will be happy to exchange or
refund faulty merchandise when proof of purchase is supplied. Due
to health reasons, no refunds can be given on blood testing
monitors, lancets and lancet devices. Request for refunds on
products for any other reason will only be made if the product is
returned unused in the original packaging within two months of
Diabetes WA regrets that it is not permitted to exchange NDSS goods incorrectly ordered by the Registrant. Under the conditions of the Commonwealth Head Agreement, Diabetes WA cannot dispatch goods unless you have provided all the necessary information and made the required payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in a damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
