Return Policy
“We have a 30-day return policy if your item(s) are faulty or for change of mind, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your eligible item* must be in the same condition that you have received it, unused, and in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items are non-returnable, see below Exceptions / non-returnable items for more information.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exemptions/ non-refundable items
Certain products or services are not eligible to refund due to the nature of the item, and we are unable to provide a refund on the below products, which:
· Consumables or perishable items (including oral glucose products)
· Medical devices (including glucose monitoring devices, blood glucose strips, needles, lancets, insulin pump supplies and other registered medical products)
· Products that were provided on behalf of another organisation (including products provided on behalf of the National Diabetes Services Scheme and product trials by medical device companies) – We will direct you to an appropriate contact to discuss a replacement productor refund.
· Products that were provided free of charge.
· Services which have already been provided or are outside of their advertised cancellation period (including appointments in the Diabetes WA Clinic and Diabetes Training services)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.”
